Debbie
Patient Care Coordinator
Originally from Massachusetts, Debbie moved to Florida in 2006 but remains a loyal Patriots and Red Sox fan. She has thirty years of dental office experience, including Spear continuing education training. Debbie’s favorite part of her job is getting to know her patients and building lasting relationships with them. She takes pride in knowing patients will be greeted with a friendly smile each time they come to the office and enjoys helping coordinate their follow-up appointments.
Debbie is married with two grown daughters and three grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, crocheting, cross stitching and spending time with her family.
Jacy
Dental Assistant & Treatment Coordinator
Jacy is a native of Sarasota. She graduated from Manatee Technical Institute with certifications in Dental Assisting and Radiology. Jacy is also pursuing continuing studies through Spear Education, annual OSHA training, and stays current on CPR and first aid training.
Jacy’s favorite part of her job is building patient relationships–getting to know each patient and their stories and helping them with their dental care needs and any obstacles they face, from fear and anxiety to financial concerns. Jacy says: “It’s very rewarding to see their smiles and know they trust you and that you made a difference in their life.”
Eileen
Dental Assistant
Eileen grew up in Seminole and moved to Parrish in 1998, graduating from Manatee Technical Institute with her Dental Assistant credentials in 2005. Her favorite part of her job is being chairside to make patients feel special, which she feels is very rewarding; she loves the variety of each day, every patient, and every case.
Eileen has been married to her husband, Spencer, since 2001, and their family includes three daughters and a son. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and working out at the gym.
Grace
Dental Hygienist/Treatment Coordinator
Grace is a born and raised Floridian who is a dual-certified Dental Assistant and Dental Hygienist. She graduated in 2019 from the Academy of Dental Assistants with her Dental Assisting credentials and has previously worked in pediatrics. She also graduated from the State College of Florida with her degree in Dental Hygiene and her local anesthesia license. Grace aspires to decrease fears and anxieties around dentistry and educate patients on how to keep their smiles healthy.
Grace lives on a small family farm and enjoys playing softball and pickleball in her free time.
Erin
Dental Hygienist
Erin was born and raised in Palmetto in Manatee County. She graduated from St. Petersburg College with her degree in Dental Hygiene. Erin enjoys getting to know all of her patients and educating them on keeping their mouths as healthy as possible.
Erin and her husband Steven have one daughter. They enjoy spending time together exploring new places and making lasting memories.
Aniko Hill
Dental Hygienist
Aniko enjoys encouraging her patients to meet their health concerns and goals. Graduating with a B.S. from University of Bridgeport, She has been blessed to be apart of amazing dental practices.
Family means everything to me. I’ve been blessed with two beautiful daughters and two adorable granddaughters. My husband and I are high school sweethearts and enjoy spending time with friends and the great outdoors.
About The Practice
Dr. Rick Schnur established Florida Smile Design in 2001.
In 2016, we moved into our modern, custom-built office space located at 8312 US Hwy 301 N., Suite 101 in Parrish, FL.
Our relaxed, low-key atmosphere helps patients feel comfortable. We strive to have some fun while creating a space where our patients feel safe and where their dental needs are cared for without judgment.
